TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
A Topographic Survey is a survey that gathers data about the elevation of points on a piece of land and presents them as contour lines on a plot.
2D-3D MONITORING
The 2D-3D displacement measurements are an indispensable observation method for the supervision and monitoring of tunnels.
ROADS & HIGHWAYS SURVEYS
Highway surveying is a specialized type of land surveying generally conducted for government agencies.
RIVER & RESERVOIR STUDIES
River Studies is an interdisciplinary river and stream assessment program. Its primary goal is to maintain the natural biodiversity
PIPELINE, CANAL ROUTE STUDIES
Before a pipeline is laid to determine the position, depth, and length of pipeline running through that area.
ALIGNMENT DESIGN ROAD & TUNNELS
The alignment design of roads is the branch of highway engineering concerned with the positioning of the physical elements of the roadway
SITE PLAN PREPARATIONS
A Site Planning Survey is a survey that includes a combination of a Boundary survey and a Topographic survey.
HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYS
Hydrographic survey is the science of measurement and description of features which affect maritime navigation & marine construction.
PROVIDE SURVEY TEAM & TS HIRING
Bearing Technology Pvt Ltd has its registered office and we are also providing survey team & TS hiring.
Other Services
River Cross-section
These surveys involve use of land based survey techniques and hydrographic survey techniques. Advanced equipment like DGPS, Digital Echosounder, Total Stations etc., are used for taking river cross section
Road Survey
These surveys are carried out for proposed roads, strengthening and widening of existing roads. DGPS is used for establishing control points, followed by Total Station survey.
Topographical Surveys
To capture details and features on the ground. Clubbed with elevation details, these maps are essential part of any project.
Measured Building Surveys
Floor plans and elevations are produced mainly for our architectural and engineering clients. They are used for building redevelopment and structural analysis.
Route Surveys
For Transmission lines, Pipelines, Tunnels etc.
Contour Surveys
Land & Water Bodies.
Boundary Surveys
To mark the precise boundary of any project on ground.
Quantity Calculation
To calculate cut-fill volumes based on existing levels and planned levels, final levels and initial levels etc.
Setting-out Work
Transfer of map information to ground. Example include road Centre line, pipeline alignment marking, etc. Tunneling Survey: this is a survey conducted to locate and/or lay out a tunnel’s position. This is a rather specialized field with the survey calculations aiding to guide a Tunnel Boring Machine in the correct direction and position.
Traverse
This is a land survey technique uses a series of lines whose distances and lengths have been measured and are connected together by points in determined locations. Traverse lines can be either open or closed and can be adjusted to go around rough terrain or obstacles as required. This land survey technique is commonly used for creating preliminary surveys for the building of new roads.
Leveling
This is a land survey technique that is used to determine the difference in elevation in a specified area by measuring vertical distances on a graduated rod using a leveling instrument. There are a variety of leveling instruments, however dumpy levels, transits and Theodolites are the preferred option. Using trigonometry the difference in elevation between two points can be established
Reservoir Sedimentation Studies
To calculate amount of silt accumulated in a reservoir over time. Also to calculate rate of sedimentation, balance life of reservoir etc. Used modern tools like Digital echosounder, DGPS, Total Stations and modeling techniques.
Flood Modeling Studies
Complete flood modeling studies including cross section survey and modeling
UAV Drone
Every site is different and presents specific risks and challenges. We use modern innovative methods of DGPS, mobile LiDAR, and UAV/Drone for medium to huge and complex sites.
